Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the ArtLevelUp app, which is operated by TrashPanda Studios ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You need an account to use ArtLevelUp. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, or from this page if you no longer have the app installed. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service or other people.
Your drawings stay yours
Anything you make and anything you upload remains yours. We claim no ownership of it and we do not use it to promote the app. We store it only so the app can show it back to you.
Our content
The quest prompts, artwork, and the app itself belong to us. You may use them to practise drawing, including work you go on to sell. You may not copy the prompts or artwork into another product or service.
ArtLevelUp Plus
- Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or annually. The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your own currency.
- Payment is taken by Apple or Google, not by us. It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel first.
- Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the period you have paid for runs out.
- Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies. We cannot issue them.
- If a Plus feature stops being available, you keep what you earned. Achievements and the customisations they unlocked are yours permanently; features included with Plus — the sixth daily quest, the Progress tab, unexpired photo storage, and Plus-only customisations — last as long as the subscription does.
What the app is not
ArtLevelUp measures practice, not artistic ability. Levels, tiers and achievements describe how much you have drawn — they are not an assessment of skill or a qualification, and they are not advice about a career.
Availability
We try to keep the app working, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. Quest content, packs and features may change over time. If we ever shut the service down we will give notice in the app so you can export or record anything you want to keep.
Liability
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data beyond what we can restore. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will say so in the app. Continuing to use ArtLevelUp after that means you accept the updated terms.
