Delete your account

You can delete your ArtLevelUp account and everything stored with it. There are two ways to do it.

In the app — immediate

Open Settings → Account → Delete Account. You will be asked for your password to confirm it is you. The deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.

By email — if you no longer have the app

Email support@trashpandastudios.dev from the address on your account, asking us to delete it. We ask you to write from that address so we can be sure the request is genuinely yours — deleting someone's account because an unverified stranger asked would be its own kind of harm.

We will action it and confirm within 30 days, usually far sooner.

What is deleted

Everything. Deleting the account removes:

• Your email address and display name
• Every journal entry, and every photo you attached
• Your skill levels, account level, streak, and practice history
• Your achievements, unlocked quest packs, and customisations
• Your current quest board and its history
• Your sign-in credentials

Nothing is kept in a recoverable form and there is no backup to restore from, so please be sure before you confirm.

What is not deleted, and why

• Crash reports already sent to Firebase Crashlytics. These are tied to an app installation rather than your account and contain no journal content. They age out automatically.
• Purchase records held by Apple or Google. Those are their records of a transaction, kept for their own tax and refund obligations, and we cannot remove them.
